Players will see each other within the games, and the arena boundaries will be clearly marked in the headset. As long as you remain aware of your surroundings, you will stay safe.
We thoroughly clean and disinfect all of our equipment after each use, including headsets, controllers, haptic vests, and more.
Safety is our number one priority. Due to this, the minimum age is 10 due to headset and safety restrictions.
Those under the age of 16 may play but must be accompanied by an adult.
All our games are designed for free-roam arenas, allowing your real movements to seamlessly translate into in-game actions in real-time. There's no artificial locomotion or teleportation— you move naturally, just as you do in daily life.
Motion sickness often arises when there's a disconnect between actual and perceived movements. While we can't guarantee complete immunity, many who have previously experienced motion sickness on VR, experience no motion sickness in our free roaming arenas at Level Up VR!
Changes can be made to your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Any changes made within 24 hours will be charged a late fee of $35. Changes are subject to availability.
However, all sales are final and non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate any changes.
Our prices vary from $35 to $45 depending on the size of your group. Those with larger groups will be paying less per person. This allows us to ensure all experiences are private.

We accept all major credit card companies through our booking process. While we can take cash in person, we do not have cash on-site.
We recommend booking online to guarantee your time and experience. We do accept walk-ins based on availability.
Please check in 15 minutes before your booking time. For safety reasons, we cannot start until your entire party is present. To ensure that other guests' bookings are not affected, we have a strict 5-minute grace period. After this period, you may lose multiple arena games or time from your escape room, depending on the time elapsed.
Most of our experiences will last about an hour. Starts with 15 minutes or so to check-in, fill out waivers, and go through training. Our packages will include 45 minutes of game time. Individual arena games are around 10-12 minutes each, allowing you to play multiple games throughout your experience! Escape rooms last around 45 minutes themselves.
While contacts may make your experience more seamless, our VR headsets fits most standard frames.
Our exclusive games are not available to the average consumer. You would also not be able to physically interact with other players throughout the game. Not to mention you'd miss out on our custom designed VR lounge and social experience.
A normal VR arcade provides you with the headsets and a limited stationary space to play regular VR games you could buy and play at home. We offer games specifically designed to be played in a social setting where you can see and interact with other players. There is no disorienting locomotion, no teleporting around, just you and your friends in the VR space.
You will need from 2 to 6 players depending on your experience. The maximum number of players will be shown during the booking process. Our games are designed to be social experiences. While all of our experiences are private, the more players the merrier. Playing in groups adds to the fun.
Of course! We would love to see you share your experience with everyone you love. Feel free to ask your host to take some pictures or videos for you as well.
